Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mozek websites, services, or product experiences, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The Mozek service

Mozek provides AI, analytics, automation, software, and related consulting services. Some services may be provided through websites, integrations, add-ins, prototypes, or custom client work.

Outlook add-in usage

The Mozek Outlook AI Auto Reply Tool helps users draft suggested replies from the email context they are actively viewing or replying to in Outlook. The add-in is a drafting assistant and is not intended to replace user review, professional judgment, or organizational approval processes.

Users are responsible for the final content they send through Outlook. Suggested replies must be reviewed and edited by the user before sending.

User responsibilities

When using Mozek services, you are responsible for:

• Using the services lawfully and only for permitted business or personal purposes.
• Ensuring you have the right to submit or process any information used with the service.
• Reviewing any output before relying on it or sending it to others.
• Following your employer's or organization's policies when using email, AI tools, or third-party services.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content can be helpful, but it may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for the situation, or missing important context. Suggested replies may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by the user before sending.

You should not rely on generated content as legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether generated content is suitable for your use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mozek services to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Send deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful communications.
• Submit information you are not authorized to process or disclose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
• Bypass security controls, access controls, or usage limits.

Accounts and access if applicable

Some Mozek services may require an account, authorized access, or an approved Microsoft 365 environment. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or authorized access.

Third-party services

The add-in may depend on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and AI service providers. These third-party services may have their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical requirements. Mozek is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or restrictions.

Intellectual property

Mozek and its licensors retain rights in the website, product design, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. You may use Mozek services only as permitted by these terms or by a separate written agreement with Mozek.

Privacy

Mozek handles information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how Mozek collects, uses, protects, and handles information for the website and Outlook AI reply assistant.

Disclaimers

Mozek services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mozek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the services.

Suspension or termination

Mozek may suspend or terminate access to a service if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or violation of these terms.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Mozek services after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
