How the Outlook add-in uses email context

Mozek Outlook AI Auto Reply Tool may process the content and metadata of the email the user is actively viewing or replying to in order to generate a suggested response. This can include the selected message body, subject, sender and recipient information, timestamps, and visible thread context needed to draft a relevant reply.

Generated replies are shown to the user for review and editing before sending. The tool is designed to assist with drafting; the user remains responsible for deciding what to send.
